Terms of service
These terms set the commercial and operational baseline for using the Afridose AI pharmacist assistant.
Service scope
- Afridose provides a pharmacy-facing AI assistant service, onboarding support, WhatsApp linking support, and related operational tools.
- Afridose may also support product sourcing and supply conversations, but supply remains subject to stock availability and separate commercial fulfilment.
Pricing and billing
- The standard homepage offer is R999 per pharmacy per month unless Afridose agrees otherwise in writing.
- The subscription is charged from day one.
- Active qualifying subscriptions may receive a 5% discount on Afridose-supplied pharmaceutical products, subject to stock availability and Afridose supply terms.
Fair use and limits
- The subscription is designed for the normal operation of the assistant, including WhatsApp replies, owner summaries, and routine document-style outputs.
- High-volume custom media generation, exceptional support requests, or unusually heavy usage may be limited, scheduled, or quoted separately.
Pharmacy responsibilities
- The pharmacy remains responsible for lawful operation, medication decisions, patient safety, and any professional or regulatory obligations.
- The pharmacy should review assistant behaviour and configure rules appropriately before using the assistant in live customer communication.
- The service should not be relied on as a substitute for professional clinical judgment or emergency care.
Availability and changes
- Afridose may update, improve, or limit parts of the service as the product evolves.
- Afridose may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, security risk, or unlawful use.
