What Afridose collects
- Pharmacy business details such as the pharmacy name, business WhatsApp line, operating hours, and owner contact details.
- Assistant setup choices such as tone, greeting, rules, and other owner-controlled preferences.
- Operational data needed to run the assistant, such as mapped stock context, support requests, and linked WhatsApp status.
How Afridose uses that data
- To provision and maintain an isolated assistant environment for each pharmacy.
- To help the assistant respond on WhatsApp, send owner summaries, and support pharmacy operations.
- To provide support, investigate problems, and keep the service secure and reliable.
What Afridose does not do
- Afridose does not sell pharmacy data.
- Afridose does not intentionally share one pharmacy's assistant context with another pharmacy.
- Afridose only uses the data needed to deliver the service and meet legal or operational obligations.
Access and control
- The pharmacy owner controls the line, the assistant settings, and the setup decisions before the assistant goes live.
